Arrival Time
Participants are expected to arrive on time or up to five (5) minutes prior to their scheduled lesson.
Please do not arrive more than five minutes early.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of lesson credit
• Notify us ASAP for illness or emergencies
Make-Up Policy
• 1 make-up lesson per 4 lessons
• Must be used within 1 week
• Subject to availability
Cancellation by Instructor
S.A.F.E. Water Academy may cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather, pool maintenance, or instructor availability.
Advance notice and rescheduling options will be provided when possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered under limited circumstances.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy
Accepted methods: Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle
Payment is due after the first lesson of each package.
Each package includes 4 private lessons (30 minutes each).
Liability Waiver
You acknowledge the risks associated with water activities and agree not to hold S.A.F.E. Water Academy liable for injuries or incidents.
Parental Supervision
Parents are encouraged to stay for the first lesson.
If leaving, you must provide emergency contact info and return 5 minutes before the lesson ends.
Attire & Equipment
Proper swim attire is required.
Goggles and swim caps are recommended.
Swim diapers are required for non-potty-trained children.
Health & Safety
Do not attend if experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or illness.
Participants must be symptom-free for 24 hours.
Photography & Media Release
Photos/videos may be used for training or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is required. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination without refund.
Termination of Services
Services may be discontinued for repeated absences, policy violations, or disrespectful behavior.
Adherence to Policies
All participants must follow instructor and facility rules.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms in this agreement.
